is estimated that 36% of the worlds software is pirated. With the continuing
globalization of EDA software usage, IP design reuse, and technology advances
that enables a worldwide virtual design network, the potential for piracy of software
and IP increases. This panel will elicit and discuss the challenges facing the
EDA, IP and design community as it relates to piracy, and talk about what can
